So here’s something you’d never be expected to guess from reading pretty much anything I might choose to put up here.
In the ‘real world’, I have a job where I am required to both:
a) Plan — over a range of time periods from a two-week sprint through to a three-year strategy.
b) Be Concise — I promise you, in communicating with senior stakeholders, they are not up for the rambling style I liberally employ here.
Truth be told, it still isn’t in my nature to be concise, even in the work setting. If it’s important enough, I’ll generally need to take a second pass just to make sure I’ve pruned enough or at least applied a good structure if I really feel more supporting detail was required.
Can I keep it short here, too?
